Cancellation
Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on arkpax.com.
Please note that if a refund is requested more than 24 hours after the order is placed but before the order is shipped, a transaction fee will be deducted.
Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after shipment.
Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) — complete and in their original packaging — within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For quality-related issues, Arkpax will provide a full refund or a one-time free replacement within 30 days of receipt.
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to return it, please contact Arkpax Support at info@arkpax.com for return instructions.
Please note that if you refuse to accept a shipment, a double shipping fee may be deducted from your original payment.
You’ll be charged for shipping and a transaction fee in the event of a return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact Arkpax Support at info@arkpax.com. Please provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or sales receipt.
Our team will provide you with instructions on how to properly pack the product(s) for return. Please ensure that all original components and accessories are included in the return package.
Refund
After you have returned the product to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 15 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 15 business days, please contact us via info@arkpax.com.
