Section 2 - Pricing and Promotions
1.Pricing
- The price paid by the user at the time of placing an order shall be the applicable price at the time of placing the order.
- Product prices may change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, promotions, reductions, and other commercial factors. Therefore, we reserve the right to change the product prices at any time without notice.
- Specifically for users in the European Union (EU), the product prices displayed on the website are quoted in euros. If the user ships the product to an EU country or region, the displayed price includes any applicable sales value-added tax, shipping costs, and any other additional fees specified at checkout.
Promotion codes are only applicable to new orders and each order is limited to one promotion or discount code, which cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes. We reserve the right to update the promotion code policy from time to time without notice.
Section 3 – Orders
1. Shipping
Due to approval and product availability limitations, items in a user's shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. ARKPAX ships from its warehouses and provides currently available products. However, ARKPAX sometimes needs to wait for factory shipments, and therefore offers the option to pre-order out-of-stock items. Users can pre-order items in advance and gain priority until the product is delivered to ARKPAX's warehouse. In addition, users can choose to register their email address to receive notifications when selected products are temporarily out of stock.
If there are in-stock items, ARKPAX may allocate them in advance to fulfill pre-orders and give priority to customers who have already placed pre-orders over customers who order the same items for immediate delivery. However, please note that due to delivery, production, or quality control issues that may arise upon receipt of in-stock items, ARKPAX may not be able to deliver certain pre-order products.
If ARKPAX's e-commerce system (Shopify) detects potential fraudulent activity in a user's order, ARKPAX may send a verification email to the user's email address. The email will ask the user to provide additional information, such as proof of address, to confirm the user's identity and address. This is a security measure taken by ARKPAX to protect users and the company from the impact of fraudulent activity.
2. Order Management
ARKPAX reserves the right to refuse any order. ARKPAX may, at its sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantity of products purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders made using the same account, credit card, or billing and/or shipping address. If ARKPAX modifies or cancels an order, ARKPAX will make every effort to notify the user through the email and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time of ordering. ARKPAX reserves the right to limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers or distributors as determined by ARKPAX. Users must ensure that the ordering and account information provided is up-to-date, accurate, and complete, and agree to timely update their account information, including email addresses, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, to enable ARKPAX to complete transactions and communicate with users if necessary.

Due to a surge in orders or other circumstances, ARKPAX may not be able to provide the products ordered by the user immediately due to insufficient inventory. If such a situation occurs, ARKPAX will notify the user by email.
Section 4 – Payment
1. Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept PayPal payments, Visa, MasterCard, or other payment methods explicitly advertised on the website.
2. Settlement Time:
Payment will be deducted and settled from the user's account immediately upon placing the order.
3. PayPal Payment:
If the user chooses the PayPal option during payment, they will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in and view the displayed amount, and click "Pay Now" to complete the transaction. After the transaction is complete, users can return to the ARKPAX website to view their order.
4. Note:
- Different payment methods cannot be combined, and only one payment method can be used per order.
- If there is a PayPal dispute before shipment, the order will be suspended because PayPal will suspend payments in this case. Please resolve the dispute to continue the order.
- If the order amount exceeds $10,000, the customer may not be able to pay with a credit or debit card.

4. Pricing Errors and Refunds

If ARKPAX discovers a pricing error in the user's order, ARKPAX will promptly notify the user. ARKPAX is not obligated to fulfill or accept any orders for products adve rtised at an incorrect price and reserves the right to cancel such orders that have been accepted or are in transit. If the user has already paid for the product, ARKPAX will issue a full refund as soon as possible. If a product is recalled during shipping, ARKPAX will process the user's refund after the product is returned to ARKPAX.
