The sources of information include, but are not limited to, user access to the Arkpax website, communication with Arkpax through third-party software, and personal interaction with Arkpax (including by phone or visiting Arkpax's retail stores). During the service process, Arkpax is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the collection and processing of information about users. The laws that this Policy complies with may be more stringent than those summarized in this Privacy Policy. However, Arkpax's privacy policy does not apply to how third parties define personal data or how they use personal data. Before registering, accessing, or using Arkpax's products and/or services, it is essential that the "Service Recipients" carefully read this statement. This statement is also provided to users to help them understand the relevant content and obtain their consent. This policy applies to Arkpax's website, Arkpax.com, as well as any communication made by phone, fax, or mail regarding product orders and inquiries, as well as Arkpax's marketing activities.

Data that can identify the device, such as device identification code, SIM card information, model, software version, configuration information, Wi-Fi list information, MAC address, CPU information, memory information, SD card information, etc.
3. Order Information
Arkpax collects information provided by users when placing an order, such as the user's name, email address, shipping address, payment information, and billing address. If the user needs to extend the warranty period or after-sales service, Arkpax may also collect the user's order ID, product serial number, purchase channel, email address, and phone number. When users participate in Arkpax's reward and promotion activities, register to receive the latest news from Arkpax, or use other services that require user-authorized information, Arkpax may also collect data needed for the service as appropriate.
4. Relationship Data Information
Arkpax collects or obtains personal data that users choose to make public, including information collected from the user's social media profile if the user publicly posts about Arkpax.
5. Other advertising information.
Arkpax may use third-party advertising service providers to display advertisements in Arkpax's services. Arkpax may also use third parties to provide or assist in providing Arkpax brand advertisements on third-party websites. To provide these advertisements, third parties may automatically collect specific information about the user, the user's device, and the user's use of Arkpax services. This information may include access to Arkpax and other websites and applications, the user's IP address, the user's internet service provider, and the user's browser used to access the Arkpax website. 6. Other Non-Personal Information
Non-personal information refers to information that cannot be directly or indirectly associated with any specific individual and cannot be used to identify an individual, which may include various types of de-identified data, such as embedded points and log information that does not contain personal information. For example, statistical data on product/service usage (such as page views, visit duration, software downloads, session time), network usage data (including request duration, error request records), and product sales statistics.
Arkpax collects and uses this information to understand the preferences of the majority of users, improve Arkpax's operational efficiency, optimize Arkpax's products/services, improve the user's product experience, and better meet the user's needs.
The type and quantity of information collected by Arkpax will depend on how users use Arkpax's products/services. If non-personal information needs to be combined with personal information for processing, all such data will be treated as personal information and processed in accordance with this policy.
Ways of collecting information
With the user's consent, Arkpax collects the user's personal information through various means. These methods include:
1. Direct Collection from Users
Arkpax may collect the following personal information directly from users who provide it to Arkpax, including the user's name, date of birth, contact phone number, email address, shipping address, password, social media accounts, device location, location information, photos, and videos.
2. Automatic Collection
Arkpax may automatically collect the user's device information within the necessary scope, including device location information, Wi-Fi list information, MAC address, CPU information, memory information, SD card information, and operating system version.
3. From Third-Party Sources
When users use third-party accounts (such as Facebook, Google, and WeChat) to log in to Arkpax's services, Arkpax will collect and use information from these accounts. This includes the user's name, username, profile picture, and other details provided in the user's third-party account profile. Arkpax does not have access to the user's third-party account password.
4. Device Permissions
Arkpax primarily requests mobile device permissions in the process of collecting and using personal information. By enabling these permissions, users authorize Arkpax to collect and use relevant personal information to provide corresponding services to users. Users can choose to modify or revoke their consent or authorization at any time. After revoking the authorization, Arkpax will no longer collect personal information related to these permissions and will not be able to continue providing corresponding services to users. However, the user's decision to revoke consent or authorization will not affect Arkpax's collection and use of personal information based on the user's previous authorization. When Arkpax uses a user's information for purposes not specified in this policy, Arkpax will obtain the user's consent in advance.

In addition, users can close or delete similar data used by browser add-ons (such as Flash Cookies) by changing the settings of their browser add-ons or by visiting the provider's website. However, this action may affect the user's secure access to Arkpax's website and use of the services in some cases. -
Website Beacons and Pixel Tags
In addition to cookies, Arkpax also uses other similar technologies such as website beacons and pixel tags on its website. For example, emails sent by Arkpax to users may contain click-through URLs that link to content on the Arkpax website. If users click on these links, Arkpax can track the clicks to help understand users' product or service preferences and improve customer service. Website beacons are typically transparent images embedded in a website or email. With pixel tags in emails, Arkpax can determine whether an email has been opened. If users do not want their activities to be tracked in this way, they can unsubscribe by turning off cookies at any time.
The Purpose of Using Information
Arkpax uses personal data to support its services, process user transactions, communicate with users, prevent security and fraud, and comply with the law. With the user's consent, Arkpax may also use personal data for other purposes.

- Protect the safety of Arkpax's products, services, and customers or users, and implement loss prevention and anti-fraud plans to improve Arkpax.
- Comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards, or Arkpax's policies.
- Comply with Arkpax's legal obligations and applicable laws, such as fulfilling tax or reporting obligations, or complying with lawful government requests.
Arkpax will not use algorithms or analytics to make any decisions that would have a significant impact on users, and therefore no manual review is required unless users provide feedback on their personal information.
How to Provide Users' Personal Information to Third Parties
1. Information Shared by Users
Arkpax's services may allow users to establish connections and publicly or share their actions, opinions, content, and information with people they specify. Users may connect to third-party social media platforms, websites, applications, and services (collectively, "Third-Party Sharing Services") and share their information through "plugins," widgets, buttons, and other third-party features provided through Arkpax's services. When choosing whom to connect with and what content to share and make public, users should be mindful of their privacy needs. For information that users choose to make public or share with others, Arkpax cannot control its privacy or security. Arkpax cannot control any third-party sharing services or their actions, including the data they collect from users and their devices or how they use such data, and Arkpax is not responsible for this. Please read the privacy policies of all third-party sharing services to understand their privacy practices.
2.Information Shared by Arkpax
Arkpax will not share users' personal information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:
With user consent. Arkpax may share users' personal information with advertising network providers, co-branding partners, and wireless carriers that provide services to users with their consent. Their use of users' personal information will be subject to their privacy policies.
As required by applicable law or in response to legal proceedings, Arkpax may also disclose users' personal information to relevant law enforcement or other government agencies. In certain jurisdictions, if Arkpax is involved in restructuring, merger, or bankruptcy and liquidation litigation, users' personal information may also be disclosed to the counterparty.
To protect the rights and property of Arkpax, its agents, customers, and others, including the enforcement of Arkpax's agreements, policies, and terms of use, as well as protection of Arkpax's networks and physical assets; and/or in emergency situations, including the safety of Arkpax's employees, agents, customers, or any person. As necessary, share with Arkpax's subsidiaries or affiliates to help provide Arkpax's products or services and operate Arkpax's business.
Share with service providers who meet the following conditions, namely processing personal information as part of their provision of services to Arkpax and having relevant contractual obligations. For example, processing credit cards and payments, shipping and delivery, hosting, managing and maintaining Arkpax's data, distributing emails, conducting research and analysis, managing brands and product promotions, and managing related services and features.
Arkpax may share aggregated and de-identified data with others for several purposes.

How personal information is stored and protected.
Storage of Information
The information collected by Arkpax may be stored on users' mobile devices or on Arkpax's servers and transferred to the United States, Taiwan, Singapore, the People's Republic of China, the United Kingdom, and other European Union member states (such as Poland) or any other country where Arkpax or its service providers have facilities for storage and processing, depending on where users use Arkpax's products and services, to the extent permitted by law and subject to compliance with legal requirements.
If users' personal information is transferred from the European Union to outside the European Economic Area or from the People's Republic of China to outside the People's Republic of China, Arkpax will take security measures and appropriate safeguards to protect users' personal information. Arkpax ensures that all information transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and are carried out in accordance with Arkpax's instructions.

Arkpax has implemented security measures that comply with industry standards to protect personal information provided by users, to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss of data. Arkpax will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect users' personal information. For example, Arkpax uses encryption technology to ensure data confidentiality, trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on data, access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information, and holds security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' understanding of the importance of protecting personal information.
How users can access and manage their personal information
Arkpax respects users' rights to their personal information and strives to protect their control over it. To this end, Arkpax provides users with various convenient ways to manage their privacy settings and personal information, ensuring the security of their personal information. The following outlines the rights that users are entitled to by law, and how Arkpax will protect these rights.
The rights that users are entitled to with respect to their personal information are as follows:
1. Accessing, correcting, and supplementing users' personal information
1.1.Arkpax processes their personal information, as well as what choices and rights they have over their personal information. To increase transparency in personal information processing, Arkpax has published this policy, and users can also view relevant pop-ups, statements, and supplementary policies in specific products/services.
1.2.Correcting and supplementing: If users find that the personal information processed by Arkpax is inaccurate or incomplete, they have the right to request Arkpax to correct it in a timely manner and, where appropriate, request that Arkpax complete the correction of their personal information. For users' partial personal information, they can directly correct or modify it on the relevant functional pages of specific products/services. In order to ensure the quality of personal information and avoid adverse effects on users' personal rights and interests due to inaccurate or incomplete personal information, Arkpax may need to verify the user's identity before the user exercises their right to correction or supplementation.

However, please note that due to specific legal reasons, Arkpax may not always be able to comply with users' deletion requests, and if applicable, Arkpax will notify users when they make the request. For example, Arkpax may need to retain certain personal data to comply with legal obligations or protect Arkpax's legitimate interests. If Arkpax is unable to comply with users' deletion requests, Arkpax will notify users of the reasons why it cannot do so.
4. Requesting to transfer users' personal data
Users have the right to receive a digital copy of their personal data or request that their personal data be transferred to another company in a commonly used machine-readable format. However, please note that this right only applies to automated data that users initially consented to Arkpax using, or data that Arkpax uses in the context of a contract with the user. 5. Requesting human intervention for automated decision-making and analysis
When Arkpax processes users' personal data for automated decision-making, users have the right to request human intervention. This form of processing is allowed as part of the contract between Arkpax and the user if appropriate safeguards are in place or if explicit consent has been obtained from the user, where necessary.
6. Right to lodge a complaint
Users have the right to contact Arkpax and lodge a complaint using the methods disclosed in this policy.
How Arkpax handles personal information of minors
Protecting the online privacy and safety of children is a top priority for Arkpax. Arkpax is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations, including the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Arkpax does not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 in the European Union or under the age of 14 in the United States (or any other age required by local law). If Arkpax becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable laws, Arkpax will take immediate action to delete such information from its records and terminate the child's account.

1. Risk from the system
Please understand that Arkpax will make every effort to ensure the security of users' personal information, but the internet environment is not 100% secure. Due to technical limitations and the limitations of risk prevention, even if Arkpax has made every effort to strengthen security measures, information security cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time.
