Return & Refund Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Arkpax purchase! However, if you are not 100% happy with your order, we've made the return and refund process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
For products purchased through channels other than arkpax.com, different return and refund policies may apply. Please contact the original retailer or distributor for further information. Please also note that return and refund policies may vary according to local laws and regulations.

 

Returns of Non-Quality Issues

For returns of US orders where the product is in good condition (non-quality related), a transaction fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee is charged by the payment processors and is non-refundable: 2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, and 3.5% for Affirm/Klarna users. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs incurred.

 

Quality Issues

If the product has confirmed quality issues, we provide a full refund or a one-time free replacement after the goods are returned and inspected.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once Arkpax receives your returned product and approves the refund, the credit will be issued within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. If you do not receive your refund after 14 business days, please contact info@arkpax.com.

 

Replacement Processing Time

Upon receiving your returned product for replacement, Arkpax will ship out the new unit within 7 business days, subject to stock availability. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once the replacement has been dispatched.
