The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
Required Information:
- Order ID – Available in your purchase confirmation or order history.
- Serial Number (S/N) – The serial number is printed on the product body. It does not appear on the packaging or invoice.
- Proof of Purchase – A screenshot or document showing your completed order.
Serial Number Reminder:
The S/N code is located directly on the unit. Please enter it exactly as shown on the product label.

- Core & Titan Series → 2-Year Standard + 1-Year Extended = 3 Years Total
