How do I charge the Extra Battery directly using the Extra Battery adapter?
To charge the Extra Battery separately from the Ark Pro:
Disconnect the Extra Battery from the Ark Pro to ensure it's fully disconnected.
Connect the Extra Battery adapter (sold separately) to the Extra Battery. The adapter outputs 406W (58V-7A) and takes about 5 hours to fully charge the battery.
Warning: Do not connect the adapter while the battery is still connected to the Ark Pro. This could trigger the Ark Pro's protection mechanism, causing a system shutdown or potential damage. Ensure proper connection and follow instructions carefully during the charging process.
